Polarity Locker L-Band Amplifier

The VTPLA-20 is a new ViewTEQ professional quality, five LNB wideband distribution amplifier with 20dB gain, designed to work with the DirecTV 5 LNB dish antenna system. The VTPLA-20 is a polarity locker, satellite selector with a frequency range of 250mHz to 2150MHz. It selects and amplifies the even and odd transponder signals from satellites at 99, 101, 103, 110 and 119.

Each amplifier has exceptionally low level input capabilities to recover low level signals and amplify them for increased signal levels to headends or designed L-Band MDU networks. The VTPLA-20 also supplies power and direct current with a 22kHz tone signal to the LNB.
